i just watched basil the great mouse detective - my favourite disney film.

and on the animal farm theme - i think the book is fantastic (having studied 20th century russia, i can appreciate the satire; and i particularly like the ending), but i wasn't terribly impressed with what i saw of the film (though admittedly that wasn't much).

Flushed Way

Oh my gosh, Hugh Jackman, Bill Nighy, Ian McKellen and Andy Serkis! *dies*

The Fountain

Another Hugh Jackman Movie, it was like... Hugh Jackman night or something. It was a little bit confusing but really good.

Ooh, I didn't know Ian and Andy were in that! What voices do they do?

Bridge to Terabithia - not as good as the book, but they could've done worse...the kids are fantastic actors.

FINALLY finished the foreign version of "The Invisible".

It was quite good, but I think I still like the U.S. version better.

Ian is the Toad(main villian) and Andy is Spike, one of the little hench-rats

Willy-Wonka and the Chocolate Factory- The original, Gene Wilder is really good in this movie....

Wimbledon-Hey it's Silas from The Da-vinci Code!! *giggles* It's such a sweet movie though.

Yay for Flushed Away and Hugh Jackman singing!! :D

Brute Force - really depressing film. I thought they were all going to escape from prison, I didn't expect such an ending. And the worst of it was, they had to show flash backs as to why they were in prison didn't they. Oh, yes, make us feel for the characters and then kill them all. *folds arms and stamps foot* My lovely Burt Lancaster dead. *sobs* Really quite violent as well. The most violent film ever made (up until 1947). ****

^That is such a funny movie(the Monty Python one)

King Kong, wow, i've been watching a bunch of movies with the same actors... scary

From Hell- a very disturbing movie, that i only watched 15 minutes of, but was pleasantly suprised because Johnny Depp was in it. And sounded a lot like Jack Sparrow... which was nice.

Shrek the Third. Not as good as the other two.

Horror Hotel. Great Christopher Lee film.

The House that Dripped Blood. Another great Christopher Lee film. As you can probably tell, I love Christopher Lee films!

^MDB is such a sad movie. :(

And 1408. Nowhere near as scary as the story, but entertaining nonetheless.

And I'm currently watching DMC. :D
