He meant that since she was mortal, she would drown when they went under to do there work. But, rumor has it, that if she is truly faithful to Will and Will is faithful to her and his duties on the Dutchman as Captain, that after the first 10 years, Elizabeth and their son can come to Will on the Dutchman and Will can go onto land and it won't cost him anything.

As long as they have "good", hence good, plotlines.

*finally gets out of the sand pool*
What we talking about...Pirates...well slap my aunt and call her mary...
*sits down*
Now i agree with smeag...there would be no point to do 3 more movies, hoever wonderful it would be, if the plotlines are not going to be any better then a smelly fish on a hot summer's day...But if they're good I don't see why they shouldn't be made, us pirates need to be represented well...
*get's up and starts to walk away, then turns back to look at everyone*
Need to find some more Rum be bck shortly

Personally, I think we're done with the Caribbean. I would like to see fresh characters from different oceans, actually.
Historically, there were pirates in literally every sea and ocean from ancient times, why not broaden the horizons?

Not really. I mean, sure, they showed people like Jaccord and Chevelle, but all you ever really learn about them is names. The Caribbean pirates had whole movies to themselves. Why not give Meddeteranean pirates or Indian pirates their own movies?

I believe it is mainly because of the ride at Disney world. That's where it all started.

Hey guys, I hate to be off topic, but my friend started a pirates role playing site and were trying to get people to join. So here is the link if any of you are interested.
http://piratacodex.proboards59.com/index.cgi?
I will defently watch them if they come out with more. It would be cool if they could make one about other pirates from other seas.

Pirates of the Meditteranean doesn't really have the same ring to it... I like it as it is, as a trilogy.

That is cool Murtagh, but I realy don't get how those forums work.
Yeah, that doesn't sound right, but they would definetly name it something cool. They would have to, after spend ALL of that money on it.
Turr, I was just looking at the text on your banner, and I love it. I am really wanting to switch the last line around though, so it sound like this: "And down can become up and up can become down." (In order to rhyme.) However, I still love it.

Aye for the rhyming bit...way to be smeag...(hehe that rhymed and i didn't mean for it too)
Anyways...I do like the idea of doing movies on other pirates however, it would have to be something completely not associated with the PoTC brand you know? otherwise it would be compared to them and most likely not measure up to them... anyone pick up what i'm throwing down?
*gets up*
I need more Rum
