Bonjour mes amis! um... yeah... sorry. My French isn't that great anymore... not that it ever was... I used to be able to write pretty well, but I've been in California for too long... No one speaks French here. Maybe that's why I want to join this club... to get some practice...

Bon ce topic étant un peu "mort" j'ai une proposition a faire pour le relancer !!!
voudriez - vous poster des vidéos très courtes de vous ou juste de votre voie quand vous parlez Francais !???
moi je suis prète à le faire !!! si quelqu'un le fait avant moi car je suis timide alors pour être sur que quelqu'un le fasse je demande un volontaire !!!
c'est la seule chose que je trouve pour relancer ce topic !!! sinon faites des propositions !!
so this topic is a little "dying" so I look for some solution to help it
would you like to post some really short videos of you or your voice speaking french ??
i'm ready to do it myself if someone do it before me because i'm shy and I would be sure that someone would do it seriously
if we can post video on this topic otherwise tell me !!! I would ready to make a topic only for french speaker !!!! haha

in my first year of french, i had a teacher from greece... everyone in the whole class picked up her accent... combine that with the quebecois accent that i picked up from living in quebec... and you get a really mixed up accent... which apparently i also have in english... everyone in canada says i sound californian, and everyone in california says i sound canadian...

ah the... um... pleasures of being foreign (or not)!
im foreign, but i have no accent in english... well... a little. but very few ppl can pick it out... im Chinese you see, and for an accomplished speaker of chinese to talk in english... it doesn't really work out quite well. lucky for me im not an accomplished speaker
but now im learnign french  and my accent isn't good

she said that it's good that you're motivated and that you understand that the accent isn't important. she believes that if you heard her speaking English, you would find her accent very strange. And it's okay if you don't understand... you are here to learn.
