Hmm... Well, my idea is really weird. Anyway, it's about four Star Wars junkies that end up in the Star Wars world. The classic kerplunk, but instead of just being there, they're there as the characters. The SW characters are based of the Jedi Apprentice books. (Which I myself haven't read - I wish I could find the 1st book) OCs are welcome, but the 'canon' characters are:
Obi-Wan (age 15) Played by me
Master Qui-Gon Jinn
Siri Tachi
Bant
Garren (I think that's his name... UH! I can't find a character list! I need the names of Garren(?)and Bant's masters, as well as last names for the two of them. Help?)

That sounds pretty interesting. Although, you would have to explain it in more detail, and I don't think I could join because I am not that into Star Wars.

Gollum-Like World:
The Ring caused all of the races in Middle-Earth to go from good to evil and evil to good whenever a light flashes throughout the sky. Nine people from our world have been summoned to help destroy the ring, for they are not under the spell, if you can call it that.

Sorry, I didn't see that.
The light is simply a method to ensure when the Gollum-like states start and stop. Basically, so we don't have Frodo being evil and Aragorn being good at one time. All Middle-Earth characters change back and forth at the same time.
Yes, it is random, mostly. The only thing that changes is how frequent it is. At first, it will be slow, and it will become more frequent as the ring gets closer to Mordor.
The Middle Earth characters that are being played are the nine Fellowship members. All other characters are free reign for everyone. Unless someone wants to join, and that character is going to have a major part. Like, when we get to Rohan, if someone wants to be Eowyn or Theoden.
But, that doesn't really have to be worried about until later.
The nine characters are just people from our present-day world that have some ability, knowledge, talent, etc. that would help accomplish the task of destroying the Ring.

Garen Muln and Bant Eerin are the apprentices, and Clee Rhara and Tahl are their respective masters. And I would be rather interested in such an RPG.

AH! Thank you so much! *bows* Oh, and one more thing, (That I oh so promptly forgot to mention) What's the name of Siri's Master? (It's on the tip of my tongue, but I don't know the correct spelling! ) And you may join, if you wish! But I'm not going to post it until late this week or early next week, because I'm going out of town for several days, in which time I'll refine my idea! Thanks again! *Hugs*
As for the RPG question... I prefer AU or new universe fantasy RPGs. I also enjoy a good (followable) Sci-Fi RPG. Unfortunately, those are becoming rarer. (No offense to all of the creators of Sci-Fi RPGs - I myself (look above) Am working on a SW RPG) I also enjoy LotR RPGs, if they are deemed accurate enough by my RPGing self, though I don't like playing cannon characters. And last but not least, I enjoy SW RPGs, preferably pre-TPM, though really anything is fine.
Wow, that was longer than expected.

I like sci-fi RPs are my favorite types. I also like new-universe fantasy, and some LotR ones. I'm not that good at cannon charries, so I like making my own, usually.
