So, what did everyone think of AWE? Personally I liked the first movie the best... At World's End was okay and I didn't really care for DMC at all.

AWE was better than I expected. It did have some "interesting" moments, but I loved it nonetheless.

AWE was pretty good. I actually really didn't like it when I saw it, but I thought over it.. and I liked it. Here is how my annoying movie watching goes:
If I am sooo wanting a movie to come to the theater, I put REALLY REALLY high standards on it. So, when I watch it, I don't like it at all. Then, I have really low standards. So, when I watch it again, I love it! In time, it evens out to how I actually feel about the movie.
It is just the opposite with movies that I don't like the plotline initially.

I think what ruined it for me was all of the spoliers going around the forum. I knew the ending before I even saw the movie and that just did it for me.
I think the first movie was more 'pirate-y' than the others. A classic pirate film.

^^Aye, couldn't agree with you more. Even though I love all of them(which I tend to do even if i wouldn't like them seperately) I do have harsh criticisms about the last two i just hink the first one was just perfect, the plot and storyline, and the ending....perfect..

Yes.. the first one had the best ending. I actually didn't like that Jack Sparrow basically did the same thing at the end of AWE as he did in CotBP. That was annoying... just repeating themselves.
