anyway, back to official rpg buisiness... does anyone notice that rpgs with dragons happen to last the longest it seems? Like Star Crystals... and Flight of the Chosen?

I don't think it's dragons necessarily, but Original Fantasy RPGs definitely last the longest. IMO, anyway - there are also a couple PotC ones that have been quite long-lived. Not that I have anything against dragons, I love them in RPGs and if it has dragons in it it'll likely have a Melda as well
I think Star Crystal is now the longest RPG in A-U history. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is. Though I would say it's not just genre that makes an RPG long - the reason that one's lasted in that we were pretty committed and still are, and we've taken the time to really get to know our characters and come up with a concrete plot. Or mostly concrete. It tends to grow new events spontaneously. _________________

I guess it depends on who has joined the rpg... wether the person who has joined is really commited to the forum!

I mean me, Sarien, Lady Gwen, and Lady Realyn went to abou 70 pages in one rpg... though the rpg seems to have abrutly stopped...
