I begin to think that this is no name to be found in the Silmarillion. Could this possibly be true?

Isil (Q) and Ithil (N). It is a reference to the silver light of the Moon. Ooooh! You didn't mean Rana didn't you!? You know how hard it is to find THAT! Or did you mean Elfaron, the star hunter? It'd be very evil if you meant Rana, but it does mean the Wayward, so I guess I'm right... grrrr...evilness So...it's my turn! muahahah! Though this question won't be that hard... the Quenya word for Middle Earth?
hehehehe, you are right, Rána is what I was looking for. It was called that because Tilion did not steer the vessel of the moon by regular paths.
*giggles* Sorry if that caused you too much stress!

He calls him "Thankless fosterling, outlaw, slayer of thy friend, thief of love, usurper of Nargothrond, captain foolhardy and deserter of thy kin"

That is incorrect. Tis not Mithiril.
