"That's good," Bubbles said happily. "I would hate for the festivities to die out after such a short period of time." At that moments, her stomach growled and she looked over at the food tables. "I thought I heard some doubt about the carrots last night. Are they safe? I would hate for them to be uneatable, since they are my most favorite vegetable."

Nurr entered the room, refreshed from her night's sleep, to catch the tail end of Bubble's comments. "I'm sure that the carrots are fine. But I would guess that a wonderful breakfast will be coming soon. I caught the smell of sausage as I came down the stairs a moment ago." She grinned in delight.

"Ooooo! Sausage!" Bubbles squealed. "I do love my breakfast," she sighed happily as the whiff of the meat reached her nose.

Galatea walked down the stairs to join the others who were awake. She didn't need sleep in the normal sense of the word, but it had been nice to rest for a few hours, especially after the punch she had drank. "Good morning, everyone! Mm, breakfast does smell good."

It took Aria less time to awake than usual, feeling almost <i>certain</i> she'd missed breakfast. Hastily she dressed and ran a brush through her nightmare of tangled hair before flying downstairs.

A sigh of relief. It looked like breakfast was yet to be served.

Looking about a bit, Aria reveled in the quietness of the morning. "I wonder if this house has a piano anywhere abouts," she wondered aloud.

"A piano?" Galatea said. "I love piano music. There might be one somewhere around. Maybe in the drawing room?" Her brow furrowed as she tried to remember exactly what each of the rooms were used for. "Or there could be one in the ballroom, I suppose."

Aria's eyes moved to the door across the room. "Well," she said hesitantly, "I don't suppose anyone would mind if we looked around a bit? Do you two care to join me?"

Galatea nodded. "I'll come along. It is such a large house, it seems a shame not to explore a bit." She had been meaning to look around the house the day before, but hadn't had time to do more than glance in a few of the rooms.

Tur, finished cleaning his pistol, loaded the sidearm, tucked it into his belt, and headed for the drawing room. "Something smells good." he said, sniffing appraisingly. Bacon, sausage, eggs, mmm, even the Canadian Back Bacon he was fond of.

Goldleaf walked down the staircase after a good night's sleep. She yawned slightly, cracking her fingers once again. She was clad in very dark grey - it was Halloween, after all. Her hair was arranged artfully in a twist at the back of her head, with the rest cascading down her back. She looked around for the other guests. She spotted Turwaithion, a fellow member of Herenya's line. "Tur! Thion, whichever!" she called.
