Don't tell me I missed out on graphics tips...o.o

Anyways, this graphics battle has been nothing but amazing so far! Panda, I really liked your blend with the poster images! And sis, your sig with the jar of dirt and Jack...

Thanks, Aramel! Gaussian blur and Screen work wonders for that added glowyness. :-D

You can steal it and use it whenever you want to, Panda! I believe that I must steal that gorgeous smexy banner of yours. I'm a huge fan of grunge as well, only I just can't seem to make it work. :)

Thanks, dear sibling! I had fun making that one. :) I need to send those luscious Aramel tips to Enno, too, so I'll include you in that PM.

I know I make tons of Sparrabeth things, but my favorite scene honestly is the kiss. So, what the heck. Here's another one. :P

You're welcome SR. My goodness, my tips are getting around pretty fast! Spreads like wildfire; yet you must know how to work with said tips to make them work. ;-)

Ah, I do love your latest volley hun; although I'm not a big fan of Elizabeth as you already know, but I'd rather have her with Jack than Will if I was tied down and forced to choose. <3

 I haven't forgotten about this, but I just got caught up in my requests and....yeah. I'm so sorry about the eternally long wait!

This is insanely simple, but I don't think it needs any textures. I'm pretty happy with it. :)

From looking at it, I think it's "Crooked", but I'm not sure...

Thanks, Panda! Aramel is indeed correct. :) I love that font, but it's hard to make graphics that suit it.

w00t! I'm usually pretty good when it comes to identifying fonts.. that's what they should test us on in school instead of books that no one reads anyway... :eyeroll: But aye, that font is very hard to use.. I haven't made any graphics with it yet. I hate it when they look good on Dafont, but when you go to make something, it just doesn't work out. :headwall:

haha I know! I'm always like, "I know that font! It's Violation!" and my friends look at me like I'm insane. :-D I occasionally go on font rampages and download everything in sight, and end up deleting them because I can't use them. I have a few favorites that I use over and over, like Trajan Pro, Windsong, and Hannibal Lecter, but I'm lucky if I use the other ones at all.

I'm not alone in font geekyness! =D

Yesterday we were writing out Christmas Cards. As I looked at the various card designs, I yelled out "HEY! That's Scriptina!" Mom and my sister had no idea what I was talking about...>.>

That's a very cool sig, by the way. One of my favorite scenes. :teehee:

See the blazing Yule before us, fa la la la la, la la la la!

Ah, those good old font rampages.. I seem to do them at the weirdest of times. It's pretty annoying though, how DaFont can't keep up with my obsession for fonts... I will have already downloaded the so-called "newest fonts" a few months ago, and then I'm sad. :(

@Estelth - no no, you are definitely not alone when it comes to yelling out different fonts when you see them; one time I saw "Pupcat" being used, so I screamed out the name of it and my mom's expression was somewhat like this -

Oh, so I'm not the only one? I do the font thing constantly. We'll be driving down the road and I'll see a billboard and call out the font. I look at a menu in a restaurant, and I say the font's name, not what I want to order. I have a reputation for it with my friends and family - they think I'm a total nerd.

And I agree - it's so annoying when a font looks good, but it just doesn't end up working when you try to put it into a graphic. I downloaded a bunch of new fonts recently, and some of them just haven't been working...
