Lol ok guys really bad news my old program has turned on me and crashed and so i've removed it and put on a new program, now i have no idea how to use the freaking thing thanks to my dear friend Andrew, so i'm gonna say all claims are postponed and i'll try and get them all done when i have worked out how to use the program!!!
Sorry for the inconvinence, i'm really bad at keeping up with things!!! lol
