Calista just gave her friend an encouraging smile and was about to speak as she heard footsteps down the hall.
"Ro!" Darius cried out as he raced into the room as fast as he could manage before kneeling down and hugging her close.

"Does he know?" Calista asked Gareth softly as the mage walked back through the door.
Gareth nodded. "He knows everything."

"I'll be all right," Darius told Rosalina softly. "But I've missed you," he added softly before kissing her gently.
Smiling at the obvious affection between Darius and Rosalina, Calista sighed softly as Gareth wrapped his arms around her waist and she leaned back against him.

Darius wrapped his arms around Rosalina tighter as he kissed her with gaining passion.
"Darius seems to be taking it well enough," Calista whispered softly to Gareth as she gazed up at him.
"I told him that we found a way to stop the cough and know what was causing it before her not being able to speak so hopefully we won't have any issues," Gareth whispered back.

Pulling Rosalina closer to him, Darius just kissed Rosalina with everything that he had within him, missing her with every fiber of his being.
Calista nodded at her mage's words. Sensing that she was worn, Gareth gently scooped her into his arms before sitting down on a chair and placed her in his lap.
