Darius sighed softly as he headed toward Calista's room to ask the family where they stored the food so he could make everyone a meal.

Meanwhile, a soft groan escaped from Calista's lips as the woman began to stir. "Calista, love?" Gareth questioned tears in his eyes as he gently ran his knuckles along the side of her pale face before lovingly stroking her hair.
"G-Gareth....?" Calista murmured her voice raspy and weak.
"Shh, beloved. I'm here. I'm here." the mage whispered before leaning forward and lightly kissing her pale lips.

Hearing a knock on the door, Gareth growled softly before opening it and seeing Darius outside. "Yes?" he asked pointedly.
"I just needed to know the supplies are to make breakfast," he remarked.
Gareth then directed him to the room and was about to close when Darius stopped him. "How is Calista?" he asked softly.
"She is finally starting to awaken..." he remarked as he closed the door. Sighing softly, Darius headed to the supply room to cook breakfast for all of them.

Calista's lashes fluttered more rapidly and she was finally able to open her eyes slightly. "L-love..." she murmured, a soft smile tracing her lips as she gazed up at him.
"Sweet angel..." Gareth murmured, tears filling his eyes as he pressed a loving kiss to her forehead. "I feared you would never wake," he whispered, his voice breaking. "How are you feeling?" he asked her.
"Tired..." Calista murmured. "How's Darius and Rosalina?"
"Recovering," the mage remarked simply.
"Good..." Calista whispered, her voice trailing off as she closed her eyes again.
