A small stream of vomit flowed from her lips and splashed on the bed as Gareth picked her up and tilted her face down. Yet as more vomit became lodged in her throat, Calista's eyes rolled back behind her closed lids as she continued to choke, her skin starting to turn blue.

At that moment, the healer came into the room and paled at the sight. "My lady!" he exclaimed as he made his way over to the vomit covered bed.
