I've got a max guard/rk/mini on Brandywine, but I don't play often now, it was time for a break. I've been in the BETA test for ROI (yes, the NDA has been lifted but only partially, I'm allowed to give my overall opinions so I'm not in violation), and based on that, I think I am likely leaving the game soon after it launches for an extended period. Once I get my guard, who is my main of about 4 yrs., to lvl 75 I'll be done for at least 3-4 months. The expansion seems to lack in excitement, and the only new end game content is a 12/24 person raid, no 3 or 6-mans.

Question, I've been wanting to play, but when you sign up, why are there three options to choose from? Dose that mean you are allowed to pay for free for up to a certain level?
