Blackbird rolled her eyes and set the mug down on the table. " Then by all means, tell us. I have better places to be if you're not going to talk, Sparrow. In fact," she said, toying with the dagger hanging on her belt, "all this beating around the bush is putting me in a rather irritable mood, and that's never a wise thing to do. So, you talk or I walk, savvy?" She and Jack both knew she'd never actually do such a thing -she was far too loyal to the crew- but she was already in a foul mood and this delay was making it fouler.

"Aye," Florence said. And they started walking to a nearby pub.

Devina disppeared inside, but turned up again, holding to bottles of the finet rum. She let them fall onto a table, and sat down heavily "Just the one for me.." she grinned, and took a sip.

Blackbird's mouth dropped, but she quickly shut it again. "The men who stole your ship?! The men who marroned you not once, but twice?!" she exclaimed, her voice growing tighter with each word. "Jack, those men killed my father! Yes, you could argue that it was Barbossa himself who gave the order, and they only followed, but it doesn't matter. All I know is that I lost my father because he was the only one on that crew with enough gumption to stand up for the right thing. And now you want to recruit them? What use could you possibly have for such feckless cowards?!"

Will looked at Blackbird in concern, then back at Jack. "Jack," he said as calmly as he could "are you mad? Why on earth would you want to track down a bag of scoundrels like them?"

"You'd trust them around your ship even that long?" Blackbird asked, frowning in concern. "Or more importantly, you trust me around them that long? I'm not known to be too predictable in my behavior...I might accidentally forget that I'm being nice to them...and then accidentally kill a few of them...You never know with me." Her face was serious, but the corners of her mouth were slightly raised in a half-smirk.
