Okay, so I know the Dwarves have a language (right?!) and I was wondering if there was any good sources for learning phrases or words in it.(like the 'Elvish' on the homepage) or if I'm completely wrong and the Dwarves speak the Common Tongue, please tell me. All help is appreciated!

The dwarves speak a language called Khuzdul (if my spelling is wrong please tell me!) aside from the Common Tongue. I don't exactly know of any sources with Khuzdul phrases but if I find one, I'll PM you.

The Dwarvish language is called Khuzdul. They were very secretive about it and so there is only a very limited vocabulary available. So secretive that the names you see in the books aren't their real Dwarvish/Khuzdul names but rather names from other languages or are nicknames. They're so secretive about Khuzdul that they don't even inscribe their real names on their tombs. (The Petty-dwarves are the exception, they'll tell people what their Dwarvish name is )

For the LotR films, David Solo created a language based on the limited vocabulary of Khuzdul to be used in the films. That tends to be known as neo-Khuzdul so be wary of websites saying they can teach you Khuzdul/Dwarvish because it's most likely neo-Khuzdul.

The main Khuzdul phrase that is known (apart from place names and Balin's tomb) is Baruk Khazâd! Khazâd ai-mênu! which is a battle cry (Gimli uses it in the book at Helm's Deep, it means "Axes of the Dwarves! The Dwarves are upon you!" - see Appendix F in LotR )

So yeah, you can't really learn Khuzdul as all Tolkien left us are the battle cry, Balin's tomb inscription and then pretty much just place names.
