Elboron's face had a small hint of sadness in it. Aralas could tell that he was sad that the Telcontar sisters were leaving. "But I'd like it if we'd stay for a bit longer, then we'll continue our journey," Aralas put in solemnly.

Aralas glared at her sisters, and once Elboron walked away after announcing that breakfast would start soon, she looked at her sisters and said,"Can't you at least be nice to the host?"

Eru and Turwethiel both burst into laughter and spent a half hour getting themselves together. Then they went to the hall trying not to look at Elboron.

Aralas glared at her sisters and left the room. "Aralas? Aralas!" Elboron called after her, but she didn't turn back. Tears streamed form her eyes. She couldn't take it anymore. She came to a stop on top a hill with the Sea in view. She heard footsteps behind her but didn't move. The Sea, she thought, I need to go to the Sea. Elboron came closer, panting heavily. "Are you alright, Aralas?" Tears still flowed freely from her eyes. She didn't answer.
