(I am so sorry, I've been really busy. Also, I decided to use someone from Inkheart, if that is all right with everyone.)
Cerita was fairly sure that she had convinced him, but still didn't know whether he would come when they needed him. Dustfinger always was flighty. Lost in thought as she was, she failed to notice the cloaked figure that watched her as she teleported back to her friends.

(@Eruant No that's totally fine  I've read Inkheart at least once and I'm at least familiar with Dustfinger) Caladriel struggled under the strong man's grip. "What are you doing and who are-" she yelled, but the man's hand went over her mouth. She felt cold metal on her neck. "Don't say a word," was all he said.

Cerita was horribly disoriented as she appeared, the unexpected landscape presenting itself to her in a jumble of sights and smells. "What happened?" She gasped, looking around in horror. Though the fire was gone, she seemed to smell smoke on the cold, harsh wind that blew around her.

"Burned... To the ground..." Cerita said slowly, as though she couldn't believe what she was hearing. She stood stock still for a moment until recalling that Elrenia had said something. She shook her head, marshaling her thoughts back into line. "Caladriel?" Cerita asked. "Isn't she with you?"
