He knocked the aimed dagger away effortlessly, advancing forward. In one fluid-like motion, he swept his right scimitar in an underhand swoop against her sword powerfully. The black mist seemed to be issuing from his nostrils like plumes of breath in cold weather, and a gutteral growl emitted from his throat as he went to thrust the hilt of his left scimitar's hilt down apon Enyalie's shoulder.

Alyvire sighed, she didn't want to leave now, it was getting interesting.
"I'll be fine, i think i might stay a little longer" she replied standing her, the electircity from the storm clouds above, making her look slightly unerving.

She was knocked to the ground by his blow, but pulled herself back up quickly, swiping dangerously at his leg with a swiftly drawn dagger.

Dante jumped so as to miss her swipe, and as he did this his wings extended and beated twice so that he levitated in the air for a while; sending gusts of rancid wind down on Enyalie.

Enyalie flung her arm up to shield her face from the wind, while leaping forward to blindly swipe at Dante's left wing with her sword.

" Ah ah ah!" He breathed, mockingly. Pounding his wings down once more, he was thrust higher into the air; dodging her swipe, he let himself perch on a thick bough protruding from the nearest tree. He stared down at her coldly from fifteen to seventeen feet aloft, one hand clenching a scimitar, the other wrapped around another limb for balance. His wings folded partially behind him as he did this, " You fight well, my lady. May I be so bold as to ask who trained you?"

She looked up at him with an icy glare. "Are you coming down, or do you intend to continue fighting unfairly?"

He grunted, looking away.
" Do please remind me never to be so bold as to ask you anything so simple again."
He mumbled a few things before finally coming down.
" Unfairly? Well this is interesting. Need I remind you what you're dealing with? We're two different races..and the fact that I'm..well slightly bigger in stature should already tell you this "fight" would be a bit unfair. It shouldn't matter to you anways, Enyalie. You are the one who has had all the training--you should be beating me senceless with one arm tied behind your back. Stop complaining, at any rate."

She snorted. "beat you senseless, with an arm tied behind my back? Now, whoever could fight that way? And, after all, I can't exactly fly, now can I, regardless of training. The ground is far better, demon."
She twirled her sword expectantly, smirking. "Take your best shot, Dante."

He eloquently sent one of his scimitars slashing at her upper right side to where Enyalie's neck would be, before jolting his other blade forward towards her abdomen.
Snarling, he breathed close to her ear, " What makes you think you're worth my best?"

She drew a sharp intake of breath, having blocked the first blow but not the second.
"Your best, Dante....is not worth it." So saying, she pulled a knife from her side sheath and moved to plunge it into his shoulder.

A sadistic grin curved his lips as he smelled the warm liquid that gushed from her wound, but it was quickly swiped off his face. He was too close and too unaware to miss her dagger, and it came swiftly into his shoulder. He growled in pain, wrenching his scimitar from her stomach as he backed away, clasping a hand over his bare shoulder; a dark indigo blood seeping between his fingers.
" That hurt."

Enyalie released her grip on the blade, dropping it to the ground. She took a step backward, and winced, clutching her stomach. Looking down at the wound, her eyes cloudy and veiled.
"Likewise."
