Nessa returned the grin, "I'm Nessa," she replied.

The orcs came closer and they had a warq with them, the warq stopped and began smelling something.

"What is it?" One of the dundelings asked.

"Filth... could be an animal... or a spy.." the leading orc spat as it drew it`s sword to the conclusion that the hole group was soon with their weapons at hand as they procceeded.

Back at the camp Faradrick saw the swords in the gloomy torch light and cursed slightly as he walked few steps forwards.

Nessa looked off in the distance, where the smoke was curling into the sky. "You said you were a hunter right," she said turning to Silmarwen. She grinned, "if you're up for some action then follow, if not, stay." Nessa turned and ran towards the smoke.

Silmarwen nodded and grinned, taking off at a run beside Nessa. Not far off, she heard the unsheathing of several orc blades, a sound she hated with a vengence, but loved when it came to a challenge.

((I'm trying to alternate between cleaning the house and running back to the computer to check for posts, so if I don't reply for a while that's why ))

"I figured as much, only orcs would camp out here," Nessa said as she came over the crest of the hill. But she was rather surprised to see that the camp didn't just consist of orcs, but a few men as well. She turned to Silmarwen, "this will be even better than we thought."

"Let the warqs off..."

The orc leader commanded and the warqs followed the smell towards the elves, ready to kill them and with the orcs and dundelings on their tail. Only 20 of 4000 men were running towards the intruders, should the rest be alarmed all hell would break loose.

(to make clear about my forces it`s fifty between orcs and dundelings, 1/3 of the orcs are Uruks...)

Silmarwen nodded, "but the only trouble with that is they're going to be smarter in stratigy than just orcs, so we'll have to keep our guard. But you're right, it does make for good fighting and a good challenge" she finished with a smirk, then added, "but for this many, we may need help, and perhaps we should find someone to warn whoever these orcs, men, and such are going after."

Silmarwen pointed through the forest, near the edge, to where a group of orcs could be seen with their swords drawn. "Looks like some fun is coming our way"

"I've never seen a force like this, men, orcs, uruk-hai, and wargs. You're right, they're definitely up to something, the question is what." Nessa scanned the camp and locked eyes with a man who appeared to be the leader. She looked at him for a moment before turning away.
Nessa stepped forward and met the first few orcs that were coming up the hill, decapitating one and spinning to impale another.

Silmarwen circled and attacked the rear of the company of orcs, while Nessa went after the front. She attacked, decapitated, and delimbed a few before they realized what hit them. The group began to scatter and split, one after Silmarwen the other after Nessa. She tried to keep their cries to a minimum with quick kills, trying not to alert the camp.

Elenanna gripped her bow, and she took some arrows as she reached the battle and shot a few of the wargs.

Nessa ducked as an uruk made a swing that would have easily beheaded her. She recovered quickly and thrust her sword into his neck, right above the armor. She drew her hunting knife and stabbed a orc in front of her while at the same time impaling an orc with her sword that had come up from behind. The fight was becoming more intense with more enemies joining in. Nessa spared a quick glance at Silmarwen, seeing that the other elf was holding her own Nessa turned and delved deeper into the fray.

Silmarwen caught sight of Nessa ducking, but soon the horde of orcs became thick between them, offering only brief glimpses. She struck a heavy blow across the side of an urak's helmet, causing him to fall, then kicked off his helmet and beheaded him. She whipped around as a stray orc came at her from behind. Slashing its legs, she kicked his head and drove her sword through his neck. Turning while crouching, she sliced the legs of several orcs, then in turn either split their skulls or decapitated them. She turned and saw an orc about to strike Nessa from behind. "Watch behind you!" she yelled out.

Nessa turned around at Silmarwen's warning only to recieve a hard blow to the head. She could feel a trickle of blood running down the side of her face. She hit the ground hard and layed there stunned for a moment. She was snapped back to reality when she saw an uruk about to bring its sword down on her, she rolled out of the way as the weapon sank into the dirt right where she had been lying. She scrambled to her feet rather shakily and decapitated the uruk while its sword was caught.
