Remus walked into the Three Broomsticks after leaving Margaret in the quidditch supplies shop. He didn't have much time, but even that was enough. He immediately spotted Sirius by one of the tables.
"Hey mate." he greeted him and smiled weakly as he sat by him "Where is Prongs?"

Danielle walked over to a hillside and sat down. She wondered if anyone even noticed that she was gone....unlikely. She suddenly felt resent toward all of them: Remus for being a total jerk without reason, Sirius and James for taking everyone else's side, Lily for hanging out with Fiona (which was really stupid if you think about it, but she was upset.) She picked up a fistful of grass and threw it, not really doing much good. She picked up a rock and hurled it down the hill.

James slipped into Three Broomsticks quietly, pulling his scarf loose with a sigh. Running a hand absently through his snow-dusted hair, he scanned the room quickly for Remus and Sirius.

Aha.

Making his way awkwardly through the cluttered tables, James approached his fellow Marauders with a grin -- the sort of grin that revealed nothing, but explained that something exciting had happened.

"Wotcher, Pads. Moony. Sorry 'm late. I got..." His hazel eyes twinkled secretively. "...held up."

He pulled out a chair and settled himself in it, tugging the gloves off his hands with a casual sort of elegance as he commented absently, "The girls not here, then?"

"So what's up Lil?" she asked

Lily took it,"Thanks," she said,"Who was your first, you know crush?" Lily looked at her fingers and blushed slightly.

"Nope just us." Sirius said, "So, mate, whats up?"

Lily looked up and she remembered,"Fi, I'll see you later. I said i would meet Dani down by the lake...I'll catch ya later." and she hurried off down into the grounds, and to the lake. She spotted dani,"Hiya!" she said.

Danielle looked up. "Lily?" she asked. "Where'd you come from?"

"I was just in the common room, I thought I had said that we were going to meet. What's up?" she asked seeing the look on her face.

Danielle sighed and shrugged her shoulders. She had forgotten about meeting Lily, and had just wandered to the grounds.

Lily sat down beside her,"You are angry with everyone aren't you?" Lily asked,"I know the feeling."

Danielle looked up at Lily with one raised eyebrow and asked, "What makes you think that?" They all knew her well enough to know that it'd take a crowbar to open her up.

"Look," Lly said,"I know for a fact you are angry with me..Remus for being ratty...And everyone else...Look I am not in a particularily good mood either..."

Danielle looked VERY puzzled. "How'd you know Remus was being weird? I thought you were at Honeydukes....we were down the street..."
