(Hey all! I'm lost but I'll jump back in!)
Gethien was running through the streets, borrowing things was a quick business. She turned the corner and ran smack into Annwyn. "Terribly sorry!" she said as she picked up the apples that had fallen out of her skirt. She looked behind her to see if the apple vendor had followed her, he hadn't so she picked up the apples at a more leisurly pace. She hoped the other girl wouldn't turn her in for Gethien could see that the other girl had guessed why she was running. Still Gethien kept picking up the apples.

Enyalie glared coldly at Alassea's retreating figure. Then she turned to the other. "I'm sorry. I don't mean to be rude, I just get so caught up...Luinnar, isn't it? Met you before, by the oak..." She tilted her head slightly in curiousity.

She sighed. "Alassea. The most difficult and simplest of assignments. It isn't going well, obviously." With a final glance at the now-empty end of the alley, she began to walk away with a slight smile at Luinnar. "See you around, looks like."

Luinnar nods absently. "Yes... And my assignment isn't turning out so well either...." She turns and slips off down the alley way, going the opposite direction.

Alassea had absent-mindedly walked into a pottery shop, seeing as she had no better ideas, and sat down on a bench adjacent to a shelf of earthenware jugs. Few were inside, in fact..as she looked around she saw it was completely empty. Not even the store-keeper was in sight. It was probably for the better anyways, she felt that if anyone were to confront her in her present mood, she'd be overwhelmingly compelled to rip off their limbs. She sighed, and leaned over her knees, face barried in her hands. Looking up, she finally concluded that her so-called "mission" was trifling and frivolous. Her task was over. She had no other need to stay in Gondor, and no reason to want to.
She let her dark somber gaze rest on the floor, deciding that it was best to just sit and cool off before she made a next move.

She had a difficult time tracking Alassea down again, and even more so due to the fact that being seen would not have been altogether very pleasant. Once was enough to be ashamed of, but twice...She would never live it down.
She found her, sulking and sober, in an oddly empty pottery shop..

" You've come to buy a lovely bowl for your mother? Or perhaps a cup?"
The dry voice startled Alassea, and she looked up, hand gripped around the sword hilt beneath her cloak. A old woman was standing behind the counter, an innocent smile playing about her wrinkled and pale features. Figuring 'why not,' she stood, and purchased a small flower vase.
Making her way out the door, she took one last look around..Something didn't feel right, but she couldn't place it. Declaring everything alright, she stepped outside, and handed the vase to a passing stranger; continuing on her way down the street. She'd be getting an earful once she told him the bad news...

Luinnar turns out of the alleyway and looks around, searching for the elves again. "Those two have got something I need t'know...." She murmurs under her breath and starts off down the street, her senses thrown out in all directions, searching.....

Muttering curses, Enyalie pushed her way through the crowd. She had lost Alassea all too easily, much to her displeasure. She frowned with disgust, glancing about her, and finally heading off in some direction she figured Alassea might have gone.
A few minutes later, she turned her head for a moment, and when she turned around, she spied a figure just turning a corner.
"Bingo."

Alassea was making her way through the gates, leading along a large black horse, her haversack slapped over the beast's back below the saddle. She waved cordially to the guards, to signify a formal farewell, before she finally exited the city. Her pace quickened once she was outside the walls, and she wasted no time mounting. She couldn't have been more than thirteen yards away from the city, when that unremitting uncomfortable feeling swept over her again..
