In a flash, Aramel had jumped off of her horse and had her sword at the girl's throat.
"Who are you? What business do you have in these parts?" Aramel questioned.

Aramel perked her ears. "Aranelwen?" She quickly dropped the sword and embraced her friend. "Aranel!"

"You scared me so badly!" Aranelwen said as she hugged her friend. "Rhavaniel! I thought you were with Legolas!" She looked up at the he elf who was looking very confused and said "Well since no one's going to introduce me I'll just do it myself! I am Lady Aranelwen, Daughter of Caladwen, Niece to King Thranduil of Greenwood, formerly Mirkwood, and cousin to Prince Legolas of that same realm. That's the formal title but everyone calls me Aran or Aranel!" she waited for his response
