Look at yourself Adastrea... you think that you can run and you will have your friends kill as you run... you are the sick one here..."

She glared slightly, "If I run, they will not be killed." She muttered in annoyance.

"Everthought that Balor might capture them and kill them if you don`t stop running?"

She turned her back to him, she was losing hope little by little. She sat on a rock and burried her face in her hands.

Jardius looked over his shoulder seeing Adastrea there almost weeping.

"But of course you shouldn`t lose hope... I recommend it to you actually, the hope of killing Balor... funny that so far I haven`t really seen you so broke unless in the barracks where Neracelc chased you... But now i bid you farewell for a while..."

Jardius was soon back to himself, he at Adastrea for a while and tapped his hand comfortably on her shoulder.

"I am sorry... again for my words..."

Jardius left her there alone and walked back to his room, he slammed the door closed in rage and looked around, but sat down against the door and began to cry.

"How far do you want me to go in hurting her and myself?"

How far in hurting her? No I didn`t hurt her with my words or you didn`t either... she has been living in a dream wishing foolishly that she could just run without any costs... she must come to realise that enemies are to be faced eye to eye...

Adastrea stayed silent as Jardius tapped her shoulder. She refused to break down, refused to cry. She was stronger than this. She sighed, seeing how much Mordor had changed her life. In the first two years of being captive there, she had learned to hide and ignore all emotions of pain, lonliness, anything that would give the orcs and men that tortured her satisfaction.

Thinren returned carrying a tray, laden with fruits and a jug of water. He set them down on the bench and poured two cups full.
"Well I hope you like..."
He turned and looked at her then cut himself off. He tilted his head and raised a brow.
"Is something wrong?"

"Better me than any of you. I cannot live with myself if I let you, Jardius, Deawen, or Sen get killed over trying to protect me. I vowed to myself long ago to never kill again, but I see now that I cannot follow through with that." She said quietly.

Thinren shook his head and grabbed her by the shoulders gently.
"Adestrea I... I can't let you go alone. I can't let you fight him alone. At least stay here until we are ready."
