Amara listened to Legolas speak, and shook her head. "Thank you... very much." She took his arm in hers, and walked with him around the garden. "I didn't think I looked very good. I was quick with my decision." She smiled, lovingly.

Her smile reassured him and he began to relax. "Come, I have something to show you!" he lead her through what seemed to be a wall of bushes, but when the went through they found an enclosed pond with a waterfall at the far end. There was a picnic blanket, some food and wine and candles all around, on the bank of the pond. "Dinner is served" Legolas said as he pulled her toward the blanket. He waited till she sat down then he sat quite close next to her and opened the bottle of wine. Pouring a glass for her then himself he toasted her saying "To a beautiful woman, on a beautiful night."

Amara smiled widely and looked down to her glass of wine, and then toasted with him. "Thank you." She took a sip of her wine and then looked around the area, happily. "This place is quite enchanting. I love it." She then looked back to Legolas and smiled more. "I'm surprised that you did all of this for me."

"Anything for my best girl." he said smiling down at her. This was going great. Now all he had to do was wrap things up and then go on to his other date.
(He does have another date... right?? if not disregard that part)

Amara smiled and looked away from him, rolling her eyes to herself. She figured that that was probably what he said to his other dates, as well. So, she didn't feel all that special. She took another sip of the wine, and then cleared her throat. She couldn't think of anything to say. She was afraid that whatever came out, would be bad or something she didn't want to say.

Amara's eyes widened as he kissed her. She was quite shocked, but she didn't do anything to stop him. She slowly closed her eyes and kissed him back. She had not expected this from him at all.

Legolas pulled away from the caress with a sigh and smiled dashingly. After some more wine and food he said "May I escort thee to thy chambers, Milady?" very chivalrously. He stood and held out his arm to her.

((Sorry to hear, you're going to be away, Amoniel. I've been busy with school and such, and now it's winter break. I'll just take it from here.))
Aramel stood outside, waiting for Legolas. She brushed through her hair a few times and smoothed out the wrinkles in her dress. Even though it was supposed to be a night of heartbreaks, she felt it was still a loving date. Aramel knew Legolas would plan something special. He always did. But still, that did not change what he had done. With each passing moment, Aramel became undecided on whether she should break up with Legolas, or say nothing at all.
The laughter of Amara and Legolas as they walked up the hill signaled that Amara's date was over, and Aramel's was about to begin.
