Don't even mention that traitor Haldir! I'm sure daddy and Glorfindel put him up to it! I was supposed to go to the battle of Helms Deep. I had the cutest battle outfit made and a really cool specialy designed matching sword ready. But then daddy gave me that "here you will dwell, bound to your grief, under the fading trees..." speech, and I got too depressed to go orc-slaying. Haldir stole MY moment, and he's LUCKY the orcs got to him before I did.
Don't know how it happened, but the dresses are already here. It's good to be the Queen.

I am shocked at your words in last letter! If grandpapa knew that you would be in trouble. Still, I suppose after three whole ages of this world, it is normal to wish for some diversity. You see why I married a mortal?
