I believe you click on it so that it is highlighted and remain clicked while you drag it down to the bottom position of your screen. Then, when an outline of the horizontal menu bar appears, unclick.

I think that is how you do it, but it has been awhile since I had an XP and fiddled around with the menu bar.

The wintery tonality of the dial playing link off link the high-polished surfaces of the case and bracelet is supposedly the aesthetic selling point of the new release. But to me, something is very compelling about this ridged design (that reminds me of past releases), bursting from the center of the dial link like a sunburst. It gives the best of both worlds between something raw and chiseled with something polished and traditional.
