and arwen arianna welcome! (Another nazgul!  and btw you can`t really blame only Hitler the war, you have to blame the hole movement perhaps and of course the commies get their share as well, but don`t think we have the right to blame them... after all we are just stupid beings...)
btw anyone up to create a banner for this club? and I need ideas what to put in it, but for now just some persons from history like Hitler etc... nah perhaps..
or what about we put one important person from each persons countries history? _________________

Er...important persons? I can't think of any important german person worth to be on a club banner... What about...everyone who wants creates a banner and we then chose the one that fits best?

well germans eh? hmh... what about Otto Von Bismarck? or was it Bismark.. but since I am no German I can`t say was he important enough, but he at lest united Germany
for me surprise I would put Mannerheim for my country.... but sure everyone can do that...

Bismarck? er...i dunno.... I don't like him pretty much. Maybe Luther is okay. I don't agree with all of his thoughts, but I think he's quite cool.
Er...Mannerheim? Never heard that name before....sorry..*feels stupid* where are you from?

the banner idea is a good one...I can't decide between Winston Churchill or Elizabeth I for my choice for England...I think Elizabeth (I can't help liking the Tudors...)

hehe... I would have to admit that those would have been my thoughts exactly about english...
C.G.E.Mannerheim was a soldier in the Tsârs army and was a cavalry leader in the first world war and fought in the Austro-Hungarian and Romanian fronts and before that he was fought against the japanese in manchuria...
Then as Tsâr`s russia began to fall in 1918 as the civil war broke out between the red & the white so to speak... well the same act happened in the newly independent Finland. Mannerheim was the leader of the whites and they won of course.... otherwise we would have been just some russian lackeys in WW2 where Mannerheim was again the high commander of our forces...
Our WW2 can be divided into 3 parts that were mentioned before and Mannerheim became our president after the Continuation war, but was the shortest runned president... he moved to Switzerland where he had been before and died there...
He was also picked as the greatest finn... in that show where in the English version it was Winston Churchill... _________________

I can make banners if you want. You just need to give me ideas/pictures.
Both my grandparents served in WWII. I don't really know a lot about what they did because I never met either of them although they survived the war. My dads dad was in the army and my mums dad was in the navy.

Hey guys, I'm a bit late but may I join? And I thought I was the only person who likes the history ...
For the banner - Napoleon maybe? I simply like this guy, even though he acted a wee bit hasty at the Waterloo.

George Washington isn't necessary but I do insist on Abraham Lincoln if not Thomas Jefferson.
