Garrett, who is from San Francisco, was in London last link year for some meetings. While there, he browsed a few watch boutiques, but it link was a Spring Drive Chronograph at the Grand Seiko boutique that caught his eye. As someone who works in tech, he link was taken by the complexity of the Spring Drive movement, and soon after picked up a used version.
