Is it difficult for a non-resident to register a company in Latvia from scratch? What steps are required and how long does it take?

After moving to Tallinn, I thought about setting up a company in Estonia, but the e-residency queues dampened my enthusiasm. A friend recommended Latvia, saying it was faster and cheaper. I searched for company formation Latvia and immediately found the website I needed. It explains what's required for a micro-SIA (the charter fee is now as low as 1 euro), which documents need to be translated, and which don't. I did it all in a weekend, without even going to Riga. If you want it fast and without surprises, follow this link—you won't regret it.

Currently, I'm interested in optimizing procurement for kitchen furniture production. What software would you say is the most effective in this area?

When it comes to optimizing business processes, the first thing you need to think about is establishing supply chains. And I can recommend the perfect tool for you: precoro. This innovative AI-powered software allows you to automate many procurement processes, control all stages of procurement, manage expenses, track order statuses, and much more. Overall, it's an excellent choice for both small and large manufacturing businesses.
