"I am not sure if it would be wise for me to delay... these two elves would not be in such a hurry as I... But I thank you for your offer for a meal none the less." She glanced over at Rhayader, "would you prefer to move on or shall I continue on my own? I fear each moment I delay will decrease the chances..." she went quiet, but waited for a response.

At the city Jax had rested, letting his wounds heal. Soon after he asked through the whole town, and searched to be sure that Arinae had not come... But he found nothing.

Ever so often they would ask him to assist them in helping wounded into houses which remained un touched by the fire, or for help with moving charred remains here and there, though little information was returned.

Nimloth growled at the stranger, but the fire made him back away a bit, half hiding behind Tindomerel. Lebethron pawed the ground, kicking up dirt, and snorting.
