Jax nodded and then moved back to his prior duties.

Before long he was finished with what he had been doing and took his leave of the building.

"I will be outside if you need me again." he informed those he had been helping.

Outside Jax found a secluded place where he sat down crossleged. Letting out a deep breath he looked around. Berrying his face in his hands he let out a deep breath of sorrow.

Arinae glanced over as Jax left. Silently she followed him after seeing to it that the healer would make Tin rest for a while, and Rhayader as well.

Without thinking Jax was up on his feet with his sword pointing at Arinae.

Seing who it was he pulled it back and put it away.
"Forgive me." he bowed.

Then with a sigh he began to answer her question. "Life really... You see..." he stopped for a moment and then continued with a slight smile. "Nothing that you need to bother yourself with anyway. You haveenough on your mind right now I am sure."

Arinae smiled slightly. "Then, Jax, as my first duty as commanding officer, I insist you bother me with your troubles, for I cannot have a soldier with a heavy heart and a burdened mind with no one to share it with..."

Jax looked at her with dreading face.
Now this certainly put him in an ackward position. He had given his alegance to her and now she brought out the one order that he wished if anything she would never give him.

"What's the use? I am probably going to die anyway." he thought to himself.


"It's not by chance I came to this vilage..." Jax started. "I came with the wild men and the orcs.. to attack." he addmted, a look of regret started on his face reaching his soul.

"I was lead tobelieve that they were attacking an encampment of men who had taken there lands by force. But once I got here I refused to help int here attack so they shot me... Sometimes I wonder why I didn't die. Whether to prolong my agony... or to suffer some other fate." Jax went on now seeming as though he were talking to somone who wasn't even there, looking firmly at the ground.

Corus came across a village and he stopped to ponder, if the one`s from before had made a stop there, but it was a rohirrim village so he would have to be cautious and keep his hood up. He made his way towards the village passing few villages and didn`t even look at them, those who came too close got a quick look, but so that they couldn`t regonize his face.

He walked and saw two persons by a cottage, but continued walking onwards.

Arinae's face twisted into a look of shock and anger, but she held it in. "Then... you.... took no... participation in the killing?...what so ever...?"

It took all her will power to control herself. Her own homeland, and this man dared to remain. Was he merely acting the sorrow out? She shook her head, trying to convince her self he wouldn't have done all he had if he wasn't honest about his rejection of his former companions.

Corus overheard the conversation as he passed and then looked at them both with suspecting eyes, then he regonized her and walked to her looking her in the eyes. Corus pressed his finger on his lips as a sign of silence.

Corus began with a low voice, but then quickly looked at Jax.

Her instincts told her to tie, gag, and dispose of him, but her quick reasoning reminded her, if he were truthful, he would know more about the enemy's tactics than any of them would.
