Well, Round 2 is eventually here! It took a long time, but here it is at last.
<U>Rules</U>
[x] You're allowed one entry
[x] 10 spots, but if more are interested, this could be altered
[x] The graphic in question is a blend--please make the image 700x400
[x] The blend must be new [that means that it shouldn't have been submitted for any other contest]
[x] Entries can be posted here, but the closing date is 25th January
