how too
-I will post a plain banner. You will add effects, brushes, text, what ever else to make it nicer
Rules
-Must use the banner I post
-Can add only one image to the banner
-Can use any kind of effect or brush, but you can not remove anything from the existing image.
the banner for this round 
[edit] I forgot to mention, that the banner is blown up, because it is easier to work on. But when you finish it, it must be down sized to 700x150. Its curently 900x193
