I <333333333333... to sing!!! I've been in a choir for 6 years so far (I'm currently in the most advanced division, outta 14 divisions in my choir) and I <3333333333 my choir!!!! I'm a pure choir/music geek!!! I'm currently a 1st alto, but throughout my 6 years I've sang all the 4 parts (1st soprano, 2nd soprano, and 2nd alto) in my choir. But I like being an alto best. I wish I was a 2nd alto, but 1st alto works too. I love singing really low. Altos rule!!! I'm currently becoming obsessed w/ the movie RENT (hopefully I can see it @ live in March. *crosses fingers*) and I have the complete 2-disc soundtrack and I listen to it pretty much every day. So I've been singing [u] a [u]lot of RENT lately. Does anyone else here like RENT? Tis a great story, great actors/singers, but overall the music is just absolutely wonderful!!!! I like Phantom of the Opera too, but I've only seen it, like, once, so I don't really know any of the songs. I better start learning some Phantom songs... *scurries off to iTunes*

I am a really high saprano. I like have a hard time singing several PTO songs, becasue she goes to low for me(sucks i know) but most of the songs in phantom I can sing. wich is good. But I know what you mean Arwen, having to switch octives all the time. I have to that with almost all of the other kinds of music.

I LOVE to sing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Phantom songs are so fun to sing. I can hit Christine's highest note in The Phantom of the Opera
But I can also hit some of the very low notes (I can almost sing the whole Music of the Night without a problem! There are just a small hand full of notes that are too low for me!)
But my favorite songs to sing are Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again, Think Of Me, Behind These Hazel Eyes and A Moment Like This.
(The last two are Kelly Clarkson songs.)

I sing all the time. My friends say i'm awesome, but they could just be saying that cause they don't want to hurt my feelings. I guess i'll never really now for sure.

I have a huge range too. In my choir I'm a 1st alto, but my choir conductor sometimes assigns me to sing 2nd alto, 2nd soprano, even 1st soprano for some songs.

I love to sing. I'm a huge music fan, and I like to sing any kind of music. I just really stink at it. But I have so much fun just singing in my basement to Kelly Clarkson or Keith Urban or Kenny Chesney or Switchfoot or whatever.
I did sing in choir one year a long time ago, but we sang awful songs. And I was in sixth grade, so my voice hadn't matured at all. I was actually a tenor (yes, I am female), but the director wouldn't let me move down from alto, even though I couldn't hit the higher alto notes at all. I do have a really low voice still, but I can actually hit most alto notes! Yay for me!

I sang in our church camp worship team. I dont know if I will again this year, because I wont make it to any of the practices and stuff(dance Convention in florida the week before) But I really enjoyed it. exept I could hear my self at all, wich makes it pretty hard to sing
