It sounds it!
I'm very happy at the moment, I've been invited to join a professional choir!

I didn't sing a while ago but when I got a 10 from my singing test at school I got some confidence and now I sing soprano in our schools small choir.

Ah, well I am soprano although I do enjoy singing a range of styles *hugs singing voice* *shakes head* I must say, out of everything about myself, the only thing I truly like is my singing voice.

I have gained alot more controll over my vioce since I started singing PTO. Its the ups and downs in the songs I think. Most other musics are more level, and not as much of a "work out" on your voice"

PotO is a fantastic thing to train your voice, I think. -smiles-
I sing it as well, I'm singing a piece for someone else's GCSE Music ensemble.

Ooo, Seral...I'd love to hear you sing!

I've been taking voice lessons for about two years now...great stuff. I've always loved singing, and the lessons are really helping me improve. I especially love musical theatre, and I'm working on a larger part this year. The past two I've had were very small.
I'm a lyric soprano..though any soprano can sing alto to some extent, and I do during all the hymns at church or what have you, just to stretch my sightreading skills. 'Tis fun!

^ My friend wants to go into Broadway, it's all that she wants to do with her life. I'm really hoping that she does well, and I think it's such an amazing thing to do with your life!

Good luck with what you're doing, by the way!

Thanks Shadowstorm- Broadway would basically be my ultimate dream! I don't hope to accomplish it because I don't have the volume, but it's fun to dream. :P
Good luck to your friend! Musical theatre is definitely one of the most fun things under the sun.

I do sing but just by myself at home....i'm not singing in public until next year, I tried out for my school's Chamber Choir and I made it, so i'm going to have to sing publicly (with choir and solo)...that's gonna be really hard for me, i get so nervous whenever people even mention me singing in public...

I'm a soprano, but I think I might be a mezzo-soprano, I don't naturally go too high, but maybe with practice I can.
