"I think everyone does."

Sam looked around the room. The Merry and Pippin he knew brought happiness to everone around them. Faramir is exactly like his father, he thought, in his own kind of way.

Yet he didn't know the hobbits who stood before him. Merry was quiet and Pippin was almost driven insane by his grief. Faramir was potentially dying, and if Sam didn't do something quick, he would be way beyond his skill to heal.

He turned to Faramir. He was asleep.

"No! Wake up Faramir! Wake up! You can't fall asleep now." He shook his shoulder lightly, but he didn't even stir.

From that moment, Sam knew that Faramir needed help. Urgent help. And he was afraid that he couldn't be the one helping him.

Faramir felt some movement, but was to tired to get up, but all he did was moan.

Merry looked at him, as tears also came to his eyes. Faramir was also like a son to him. "Sam, whats worng?"

Esmerelda shook her head and looked to the ground. She took a deep breath and tried to remain calm, which wasn't working very well.

"That's the problem." Sam sighed. "I have no idea."

"Kingsfoil can't be the only thing that could cure him. It helps, of course, but... he'll need some proper medicine. And, giving Mister Faramir's circumstances, I'm not certain that i have that." He looked terrible. His blood was drained from his face.

(umm guys i have no idea of what to do next, since Rivendell is out of the question... i'm not really into the herblore of Middle-earth either, so any suggestions?)

After a long silence, Sam said "Rivendell is Faramir's best option for survival. Lord Elrond could help him. But it's not up to me to decide. Pippin? Merry? What do you want to do? "
