Yes, it is time. It is time to start submitting your votes!  However, you can still submit banners today, but remember, the deadline is tomorrow and please don't submit any banners then!
NOTE: If you entered a banner, please do not vote for yourself. I want it to be as fair as possible. You can vote for someone else if you want to though. Voting will last until Sunday; then I will reveal the winners. Everyone has done a great job, and your banners are all still really good, even if you don't make the top 5. (there are going to be 5 winners.)
