Arinae smiled slightly and gently stroked the elf's sweat coated forehead with a damp cloth. "Try not to strain yourself, Lady Tin, just allow yourself to heal a little more, then you'll be free to wander where you wish, unhindered... better to rest now so you can do more later..." she chuckled softly at the antics of the horse.

Jax looked over when the horse began acting up, but seeing Arinae go to the scene, and Rhayader (I am assuming sorry if I'm wrong) close behind her he kept on with his work.

Rhayader watched Airnae leave but stayed still looking toward the mighty castle. Orcs were on the walls marching up and down, there was the odd scuffle along the wall that was soon ended by the leader. Rhayader lay back and rested his head on his hands. He was tired... needed rest.

Tindomerel nodded slightly, sleepy still. She closed her eyes, trying hard to not go into a sleep. She didn't want to dream again. She rested, her breath slightly weak.
Lebethron snorted in her face again. Tindomerel opened her eyes. "Go bother Rhayader," she said, waving the stallion off, weakly.
The black stallion trotted out of the tent to do as his mistress told him to.
((He's your problem now, Malrid. ))

Before long Jax counted how many shields were left ot be done, there were still quite afew but they were nearing the end of there work. By now the shields lined up on the ground caught the sun and defracted the light in briliant and blinding patterns to anyone on the far side of them.

Rhayader felt at peace with himself. His eyes were closed and he was shut off from the world around him. For all he knew there could have been a battle going on in front of him and wouldn't have noticed. He smiled to himsefl in his sleep, this was bliss. Was being the key word, when he was rudely awoken by a horse's tounge. He moaned and cringed at the sight of Tindomerel's horse licking his face.
"Ughh.... What do you want?"
The horse nudged him to move and Rhayader sighed.
"Not now..."

Jax got back to work on the remaining shields....(still)
Many of the men had understandibly stopped helping him for a rest, but he felt rested and so pressed onwards.

Tindomerel turned slightly, laying on her good side, holding her pendant she wore in her hand, the chain still around her neck. Her eyes were closed and she was resting quite peacefully.
She smiled slightly at the thought of Rhayader getting bugged by Lebethron. She continued to rest, a silly smirk upon her face.

As night drew in Jax continued working, polishing the shields until the last shimmer of sun passed over the horizen. Then he still continued cleaning other sheilds. He continued working long into the night.

Arinae sighed quietly, relaxing as Tin slipped into a peaceful rest. She had been sitting on her heels beside the elf's designated cot, and she now felt too weary to even sit. Not caring much about how cold, damp, and hard the ground was, Arinae curled upon her side opposite her shoulder, which ached dully, but not severely. She closed her eyes against an ever persistant headache, not asleep, but merely relaxing restfully, on the ground beside where Tin was half a foot or so higher.

The nudging continued and Rhayader moaned and protested but eventually gave in. He stood and gave a yawn.
"Right what is it?"
The horse nudged him toward the tent, Rhayader moved like he was still half asleep toward Tindomerel's tent. As he entered he looked back to the horse.
"...What?"
He looked inside to see Airnae and Tindomerel. Both appeared to be sleeping peacefully. He looked at them then stepped outside to the horse.
"Their alseep, so what?"
He tried to walk past but the horse just moved in his way.
"Fine, I'll go in and wake them both shall I? Like you woke me?"
He sighed and went back inside. He lay on the ground between the tent wall and the bed.
"...Maybe I can rest here..."

Tindomerel continued to remain in her resting state, somewhere between sleeping and meditating. She shifted slightly, still holding onto her necklace. Her breathing was a bit more controled than before.
Tindomerel slipped out of her state at the sound of Lebethron's hooves outside the tent. "Lebethron," she groaned, "I thought I told you to go bother Rhayader."
She shifted again, eyes still closed, wincing slightly as she rolled on her bad side. She hadn't noticed that Rhayader was there.

That night Jax finaly decided to stop and rest for the remaining time left before morning.
All too soon however the sun seemed to be threatening to wake him from his sleep.

Tindomerel shifted again, hissing in pain, slightly. Nimloth moved off the elf, laying at her side. Still resting, Tindomerel hugged the wolf tightly, wrapping her arms around the wolf, nuzzling into her white fur.
Every time she shifted and caused herself pain, the elf hugged onto Nimloth extra tightly. The she-wolf remained still, letting Tindomerel squeeze her. The wolf soon fell asleep, snoring. Tindomerel double checked to make sure that the wolf was really sleeping, then quietly slipped from the bed.
Nimloth whistled loudly though her nose still sleeping. (My dog really does do that.) The elf slipped outside, smiling at Rhayader, not sure if he was awake or not. Lebethron trotted about joyfully, whinnying slightly. She sat outside, taking in the air, not being able to stand it inside.
((I'm modeling Nimloth after my dog. Only Nimloth's afraid of fire when my dog's afraid of water and vacum cleaners. Both of those are so horrible! They make me tremble in fear! ))

Arinae stirred, not quite asleep, and opened her eyes to notice the elf step outside the tent. "Stubborn elves..." she mumbled quietly under her breath and forced her wearied frame to stand upright and follow Tin.
She stood beside the elf, silent for a moment, her one arm loose by her side while the other rested still in the sling. Sighing slightly, spoke quietly to Tin, "I'm not going to scold you, Lady Tin, but don't stress yourself too much, at least not today..." She nodded once with a slight smile to the elf then turned, walking over to observe the progress made by Jax and the men that had helped him, now laid out in the form of several paint-stripped and well shined shields.
"Good, good... perhaps this shall work..." Arinae murmured to herself. Her mind wandered as she gazed silently towards where so many had been lost and for a moment guilt furrowed her brow. She turned her attention to the gates of Helm's Deep, peering towards the walls where another scuffle between edgy orcs had developed.

Tindomerel looked up at Arinae. She was about to speak when the girl walked away. Tindomerel wasn't stessing herself. She was just resting ourside, where she could get air. She hated that tent and decided not to go back in.
The elf looked at Helm's Deep, shivering at the memories. She had sworn to herself that she would never see that place again. But she had sworn upon her immortal life. "Well, Lebethron," said Tindomerel, to the stallion that was grazing nearby, "I'm not an oath breaker, at least."
Lebethron looked up at her, a mouth full of grass.
