No, I'm not an actress at all.

I'm taking Geo, but it's not an option, I have to take it.

That was cool, three of us posted at the same time.

But yeah, you should know basic geography. Ever seen Talking To Americans with Rick Mercer? Probably not as it's a Canadian thing. It was hilarious. Though it wasn't only geography but just general Canadian facts. Most of them seemed to think that Canada was made up of a bunch of villages and we live in igloos.

Everyone has to, if you want to call yourself a civilized person... I mean sure you speak and so on, but your education might lack something

Geography is (one of) the worse parts of social studies. in school we have a class called Geography. you know what we learn about in there? history, culture, economics, government.

"What are you learning about now in Geography?"
"Oh, we're learning about the history of the Middle East."

history's actually not that bad, but I don't know why the hell they call the class Geography.

Canadian. It was a show that Rick Mercer did. Of course they only showed the idiots, but it was really funny.

American: Congratulations, Canada, on legalizing the stapler!

American: Congratulations, Jacques Poutine on becoming president of Canada.

American: I'm a Political Economy student here at Princeton, and I want to say congratulations to Prime Minister Tim Horton on getting his double-double.

American: Congratulations, Canada on getting a second area code.

Aye, talking to americans is hilarious, not just the film way either

Indeed :P

what i meant was like GCSE options, that you take in year 10 and choose in year 9.

I think geog is v. boring - i would much rather take drama as i would like to be an actress.

What grade is equivalent to Yr 10? I think 9 because Oro is in Yr11, but I'm in grade 10 and she's the same age as me.

You guys get to choose a lot more interesting stuff...we don't get to choose anything in grade 9 except 1 option.

So you guys kind of have to know what you want to do with your lives? That's hard. I have no clue, so I'm happy we don't choose too much.

I am going to be an electric assembler(not sure of the word/term), but in any case electricity is my calling along with some higher education studies currently

Beri: thats the thing - we don't know what to do with our lives... so our choices are v. hard to make.... if we do the wrong ones, we're stuck in the future.
