I've been recommended Gimp a lot. I might download it and see how I fare with it.

From what I can tell it's a photoshop type proggy. I'm sure someone who has it installed can be a bit more clear.
I've downloaded, just not unzipped it yet. So I still have no idea how it works. lol

I'm quite fond of the Pyro and Iceman ones, surprisingly.
I should have said the banner I'm using is part of that set.

Comics wise he always annoyed me. But I love what Aaron Stanford has done with the character and by the looks of things really lets loose in X3.
Opposite with Iceman...love him in the comics, think he's...bland in the movies. Although it looks like he finally becomes a man in X3 lol
