Laurelwyn acceptd the knife from the girl. She looked intently at the runes, trying to make some kind of sense of them. "No I'm sorry, I have no idea," she finally said with a frustrated sigh. She paused and added,"Time will tell. By the way my name is Laurelwyn, Laurel for short. What are you called?"

Silver sighed and took the dagger back, stuffing it in the sheath of her sword, since there was a lil loose room left. She looked up "I am....Silver...Ann Collins" she said a bit shaky thinking deep about something..."Nice meeting you" she put on a small smile.

Laurelwyn saw Lillian motion for her and Silver to join them. When she reached them she saw that the elf looked extremely angry. "I take it you know something about the dagger," she said warily, "or maybe you know what happened here?"

Silver slowly walked over and sat down munching on a piece of dryed bread.

Then an eagle started flying around them, it's giant wings flaping slowly. Falowed by the eagle was a rohan rider on a black horse galloping quickly tward them. She came up and jumped off her horse and looked around and saw the three men and the elf. "I saw the smoke from affar, and right now it looks like I'm too late." She said quickly, hood down over her face so that you couldn't see that she really was an elf, not a man.

Laurelwyn nodded gravely when Rhavaniel said she would rather not say what had happened there. It must have been bad. She wondered what they could do. She turned and saw a woman approaching on horseback. The woman had her hood drawn about her face so much that Laurelwyn could hardly see her face. "Yes," she said after the newcomer had spoken,"I also saw the smoke from far off." Then she added softly,"I wish I knew what happened here. We must do something."

"I can track down who did this easily, see over there, theres hoofs, enouph for a dozen horses. there leaving the area, and there fresh. They definantly belong to those of who did this."
