"Wonderful." Felicity replied, smiling. "I wasn't able to get any of my books before we evacuated, otherwise I would have brought some of my favorites along, too.."

Evelyn smiled, and looked back out the window. She felt her eyelids close, and sighed as she dozed off. She awoke to find the side of her face against a cold window, and jerked.

Felicity had stretched out across the seat by then and was sound asleep, and didn't see her cousin wake up.

Evelyn sighed and moved over a bit so that she could fall asleep. She put her head on her curled up sweater, and closed her eyes. She awoke the next day when the train stopped at a small platform. Fortunately, she recognized it. "Felicity!" she cried, grabbing her luggage. "It's our stop!"

Felicity woke with a start, and sat up groggily. "'Stime to get off?" she asked sleepily, yawning, before standing up.

"Yes - hurry up!" she said. She opened the compartment door and pulled her luggage out. She stepped out into the hallway and turned around to check if Felicity was coming, only to bump into someone again. "Oh - sorry," she said. She looked. It was Peter again. "Oh, excuse me," she said, half-laughing. "I apologize."

Felicity bumped into Evelyn and grunted softly, then looked around her to see Peter there. "Well, second time this has happened..you'd think you'd learn to watch where you're going." she said jokingly, and Peter looked at her. "Oh, very funny, Felicity." he said, before looking back at Evelyn. "And I apologize as well."

Evelyn laughed. "Sorry to disappoint you, Felicity. And it was my fault, Peter. Well, looks like we're all going to the same place. Let's get off this cramped train." She walked down the corridor and out onto the ground.

Felicity followed, as did Peter and his siblings after a moment. Once all were off the train, the train left rather quickly, leaving them standing in the middle of nowhere...literally.

Evelyn's eyebrow raised as her hair flowed in front of her face. She heard a car engine, and merely looked over as the others rushed over. When it passed by, she sighed and put down her suitcase. That was just ruddy great. She heard hoofbeats and looked up again. She sighed as she came up between her cousin and Peter. "Oh, well. It's better than nothing," she said quietly.

"I suppose.." Felicity muttered, as Mrs. Macready stopped and surveyed all of them. "Mrs. Macready?" Peter asked tentatively after a moment. "I'm afraid so. Is that it then? Haven't you brought anything else?" Macready asked. "No ma'am, just us." Peter replied. "Small favours.." Macready muttered, as the children all climbed into the wagon.

Evelyn climbed in and seated herself next to Susan. She smiled at her, then looked down. She sighed, then said to Peter in a low voice, "You know, I remember you. We met last summer, remember? The tree incident?" she asked with a smile.

"Oh yeah..that.." Peter muttered, turning slightly red. As soon as the others had clambered in, Macready set off for the Professor's house.

"Still...that really wasn't what I had planned to happen." Peter said, returning to his normal color rather quickly. "I was just trying to scare you two, and it backfired on me.."
