Margaret couldn't help the tears flow down her face. "B-b-but he can't be. I know Erik, we would never give up and die, thats not him." She shoock her head. "He isn't dead Raoul." No one knew how right she was.

Raoul felt bad for making his little sister cry, but he knew that it was the truth. "Margaret, if he was alive... wouldn't he be here with you?" He watched her, just as an older brother would. He was very protective of her.

"Raoul, he is alive. I know it." She took a step back. "What if he was hurt and was taken some where. What if they meant to contact us but couldn't. He must have escaped the house."

Raoul sighed and continued watching his little sister. "You are more in love than I thought you were. It's even messing with your head. You're going to turn out to be one of those old ladies that still waits for her lover to return. Don't be that woman, Margaret." He shook his head and left the room.

Margaret watched as Raoul left the room. Slowly she started singing, a song that she and Erik had sung many times.

Margaret walked out of her room. She needed to go out. "Raoul?" she asked as she walked into his study. "I'm going for a walk."

Raoul slowly looked up from his desk an then slowly nodded. "Alright. Be careful." He then looked back down. He opened a book and started reading it.

Margaret then walked out. She didn't know whereher feet were taking her until she stood outside a grand Opera House. When she realised this she broke down. Why was the thought of the things she loved pained her so? as she cried she felt the familair arms of her brother around her. "Why have I come here? Maybe Erik's here?"

Erik continued sitting in the chair. He didn't want to move, because he knew that he wouldn't be going anywhere. He didn't remember anything. He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair.
