"AH!" Edward yelped again. His eyes grew double there size as the Arab grabbed hold of his shoulders. But alas, poor Edward grew so frightened that he immediately fainted but as he did faint his hands pulled down on the reins of the horse's bit harshly as his body went limp. The horse snorted and neighed in a wild tone and veered violently sending the Arab to the ground.

Edward's limp body slid off Fritz and landed admist the thick fog and the cold, wet cobblestoned road.

Jocelyn was not prepared for the attack. Her body was flung back and hit the ground with incredible force. If she was not already 'dead' it would have hurt more than the slight twinge of pain.
With all her force she kicked upwards throwing the Arab off balance and giving her time to escape his clutches before running over to kneel next to Edward who lay on the ground motionless.

Emma looked across at Cassandra as she heared the pandimonia break out across the street.
"Shouldn't we go and help?" she asked her grandmother, Cassandra looked over and watched through the throng of fog, making out a large form of a horse, and a fallen mortal on the ground, she noted this and then realised that it was surrounded by a horde of vampires.
"If you wish" she muttered, her hands falling to her side where her sais were kept.
"ready" she asked drawing them and spinning them around her fingers....
