Laure ducked before Morwen's blade hit her. She shook her head and wondered how two sisters could be so completely different. She noticed Tulie's crying and took her from Elenwe. She took her away from the mouth of the cave and sang quietly in Elvish to her, soon the child was fast asleep.
"Why do you always have to be so horrible?" Elenwe snapped at Morwen before going to see to Laure and Tulie.

Elenwe ignored Morwen, "Thank you." She whispered to Laure, taking Tulie from her.
"No problem, you stay in here with her and I'll go back out and help finish off the battle." Laure replied with a smile.

Morwen smiled slightly, there was nothing left out there, she had killed it all and bathed in thier blood. A short whinny came from the entrance and Lhach thundered in Dur and Fuin on her back thier black fur stined brown by the blood of the orcs

Laure climbed back on to Elen (the horse remember, not Elenwe.) and rode out a little. She stopped by Aramel and asked how she was.

Laure looked over the plains with her sharp elf eyes, she saw no other danger in the distance and decided that it would now be safe for the villagers to get to somewhere safer.
She went over to Aramel again and asked, "Where are you planning to take everyone?"

"No route will be safe but I agree that Gondor is our best hope. We should make for the great West road which wil lead us to Gondor." Laure said and paused for a moment. "Where will you go after that? Eomer may let you stay for a while but you cannot remain there forever. I suggest that we take the people from the cave there and then some of us go back, acess the damage and see if it can be repaired. If nothing can we should go to Minas Tirith and they can make their homes there." She said quietly.
The sky was growing dark once more and she knew that soon they would have no light. "We should rest here tonight but we must put out guards."
