Sydney and Carly went up the stairs and into the room. The door looked as if it had been kicked open. They walked in ready to fight to find a man tied to a chair with a knife in his chest. While Carly went to over to the man Sydney noticed the broken window. She looked out unto the roof below to see someone with blonde hair running across the roof. She looked back at Carly.
"I see the them, I"m going after them. Stay here and see what you can get out of him." she said jerking her finger at the man. She didn't wait for Carly's reply but jumped out of the window.

Kali heard another person drop down onto the roof. She didn't even have to turn around to know it was Sydney, and she couldn't turn around, since Sydney might see her face. The roof began to slope down from the third floor, that they had been on. Kali grabbed onto the chimney that was beside her, as she went down the slope of the roof. She grabbed the third floor edge and hung down towards the second floor, before she dropped completely on it. She spun her head around as she landed, her blonde wig hair flew into her face as she looked up at Sydney. Sydney was close behind her, and Sydney didn't see Kali's face as she looked at her. Kali turned back around and ran across the second floor roof.

Sydney saw the woman with the blonde hair jump to the second roof. Syd ran after her. She ran carefully on the slanted roof making sure her footing didn't slide. She barely slowed down when she reached the edge and grabbed the edge and swung off. She ran after the woman as her feet touched and noticed she was reaching the end of the roof.

Carly looked at the man wondering if she should untie him and decided not to.
"What did you tell the person who stabbed you?"

"She is going to get it.." The agent said.
"Get what?" Carly asked.
"It's in Ecuador.." The man said, before his head tilted to the left and he died. Carly checked his pulse, but he was gone.

When Kali reached the end of the roof, and she knew Sydney was about to catch up to her, she saw the other houses that the SG agent lived around. They were all close together, but not that close. In fact, the jump was rather long, and no one in their right mind would jump the distance. But Kali wasn't afraid of doing it. Kali turned around and ran backwards a little bit. She turned back towards where the gap was, in front of her. She was about to start running towards the gap, after she heard more sounds from Sydney behind her. She whipped her head around, and her and Sydney's eyes met. Kali then turned back around and suddenly took off sprinting. She sprinted the entire way, until she got to the edge of the roof and lunged across the gap. She barely reached the other side, but she was able to grab onto the edge of the other roof and lift herself up.

Sydney ran after the woman and then their eyes met. They looked familair, they looked like Kali's eyes. She shook her head as the woman sprinted over the roof and jumped. Sydney ran to the gap. It was larger than most sane people would jump. Talk about a leap of faith she thought. She pulled out her gun and shot at the woman, the bullets bouncing off the shingles as the woman ran away. When she could no longer see the woman she went back towards the house and the window to meet Carly shaking her head and telling herself that couldn't be Kail, she wouldn't believe it.

Kali dodged Sydney's bullets as she shot them at her, and she ran across the roof. When she reached the end she jumped down to the first floor and swung off the roof completely. She smirked, Sydney obviously hadn't brave enough, or insane enough to take the leap.

Los Angeles
Kali hung up her phone, after speaking with Sark, and she pulled off her blonde wig. She assumed she would be getting a call from APO soon, since she believed that the man had told Carly and Sydney the information before he died. And just as she was thinking these thoughts, she got the phone call. She left her house and went back to APO.

As Sydney was walking into APO she couldn't stop her mind from racing. She kept thinking about the woman with the blonde hair, when she had looked back. Her eyes, Sydney was almost possitive they were Kali's eyes, but some part of her brain kept telling her not to think that. She spotted her father talking with some agent and walked over to him.
"Dad, can I talk with you for a minute?" she asked.
He looked at her and she tilted her head slightly. "I'll just be a moment." he said to the person he was talking with. Sydney lead him over to a spot where people couldn't see her talking. And told her father about the mission.
"...And before she jumped she looked back, I only got a good look at her eyes, and they looked just like Kali's eyes, and then she jumped. I mean the gap was large enough she could have easily missed and died. She must have been crazy." Syd said.
"Agent Renie isn't the sanist (sp?) person we know." he replied.
"Kali, wouldn't make a jump like that, would she?"
"Do you think she wouldn't?" he questioned.

Once the other agents got to APO after Jack called them, he began the debriefing.
"The intel we acquired from the SG agent in Mexico City has given us the location of where the map leads. Now, we're assuming that this map leads to a Rambaldi part. A part of the machine. We must obtain this artifact, if The Mercenaries put this machine together, it could be fatal. And they already have most of the artifacts." Jack said, ending the debriefing. He too, was beginning to wonder about Kali. He left the debriefing room and went to talk with Sydney.
"On this mission, if agent Renie really is the mole-" He was cut off by Sydney.
"No! She can't possibly be the mole." Sydney said, still not wanting to believe it.
"Sydney, who works for The Mercenaries?" Jack asked

Sydney looked at her father.
"Sark..." she whispered. "But I've talked with Kali, she says she hates him. And that she'd never turn back from APO again.. not again." she said still in a whispered voice.

"Do you really believe her though?" Jack paused.
"I mean, do you really think it was just a coincidence that Sark escaped while he was in the custody of agent Renie?" He asked.
"When Kali was in The Covenant, her and Sark were loyal to only two people. Themselves, and each other. Do you really think any of that has changed?" Jack asked.

"Sort of... I mean Kali has done a lot for the CIA and APO, but I still...I still think sometimes that its not really her. I've asked her about it, and she denies it. She says that she wouldn't turn again even for Sark, but I don't believe it..." Syd murmered.

"You told me once that on the mission in Parma, Italy, agent Renie was falling off of one of the staircases?" Jack asked.

Sydney looked at her dad.
"Yes and she was falling and Sark caught her." she said slowly. Then she thought about it. "She called for Sark when we were all there, and could have helped her...but she didn't...she called him." she said aloud.

"What did she say about the matter later?" Jack asked.

"I didn't really mention it. She told me that she knew Sark would help her. And no one else was around to help her."

"All right. Now, as I was saying, when you're in Ecuador..try not to take your eyes off of Kali." Jack said. With that Sydney left.

Ecuador
Kali, Sydney, Mia, and Carly found themselves traipsing through a forest in Ecuador, looking for something specific. They didn't know where the Rambaldi part exactly was, but it was somewhere in this forest.
