OOC: Very, very sorry. I'm finally here with a little post, and hopefully I'll now have more time. Just finished my written exams. It's short, this post, but I hope it'll do for now./OOC
The Orcs within the Caves stayed quiet for quite some time. They were waiting. Waiting slowly as they would get the long awaited signal to begin the second part. Meanwhile, shadows of men and fell creatures strode over the fields, and they could soon see the amazing figure of the Deepening Wall rise over them. Slowly. Before getting too close to the wall, the army halted. There was now a good seven-hundred yards between them and the narrow Deep.
A faint whistle could be heard flying through the air, anxiety now rose again among the grim Orcs. Their sign had arrived. One individual now began to pound his feet to the ground, while yelling out in his native tongue. He was soon joined by yet another and soon one more. It did not take long before all Orcs within the caves had joined the chorus of stomping and chanting, letting the sound travel far beyond the many fields of Rohan.

(Welcome back Mire! Hope to see you more often perhaps... But no rush, we're patient ... Not going to post much, since I'm not in such a mood to do so anyway... been ill for a couple days)
The sound which echoed through the Deep, with the same force and might as though the horn itself had been sounded, was a chilling and horrifying experiance for the many men who were readying for the battle to come, possibly the final.
Arinae herself stood frozen for a moment, a grim expression set towards the cave entrances, the iron and wood placed to hold the force within seeming to tremble from the chant that emitted from the depths.
With an effort, she pulled her gaze away, though a shiver of pure horror trailed through her composure at the sound of the chant.

Rhayader loaded an arrow and aimed at the barrier, observing the other soldiers preparing themselves.
"I wish they'd hurry up..."

Tindomerel nodded, slightly, watching carefully, shifting from foot-to-foot.
Nimloth looked up, standing, sensing the elf maiden's nervousness. The elf gripped her sword tightly, her palms sweating.
"I know," she said, with a very heavy sigh, switching her sword from her right hand to her left, "It needs to start before it can ever end."
Nimloth sat down, her white tail wagging as she let out a yawn. The she-wolf was ready to fight and so was the elf maiden.

Khamdul kicked the stone wall in boredom and frustrutation. The result of that was Khamdul nursing an injured foot. For heavens' sake, why couldn't we attack now, Khamdul thought.
