You mean how did they make him shoot the bow? I heard somwhere that he never really had arrow (To dangerous in some parts) and that he just pulled the string back like he was firing, and the arrows were added in via computer graphics.

Oh yeah ... i read in one of the LotR Movie books that mostly all the arrows in LotR are put in by computer

Yeah. At some parts it would be dangerous for Legolas to actually have arrows. Like that part with Eomer, where Legolas pointed the bow at his throat. If he really had an arrow, and his fingers were to slip....good bye Eomer.
