After fiddling around for a tense moment, she finally grasped the slender hilt of a knife. "I've got it! Turn with your back to mine." Pulling the small knife out, she readied to cut Lothwen's bonds.

Miriel looked around, her limbs got stiff from waiting, but finallly she noticed yellow light on the horizon, it would be early morning soon. Miriel quietly got up and stretched, she didn't sleep of worry and pain. When she walked a few paces, suddenly black spots appeared for her eyes. Mirielgrabbed support of a tree but fainted, her fall waking Meleth.

Meleth woke very suddenly to see Miriel hit the ground. She pulled herself to her feet, and stumbled towards her, panicking slightly. She looked around, hoping one of the others might have found them during the night.

Haldir stumbled around in the darkness trying to locate his companions. He heard a rustling noise in the bushes and instantly hid behind a tree.
